Distribution:

As long as your subscription with us is active and in good standing you may ‘resell’ the designs and layouts to your customers. If/when you cancel your subscription with us your ‘license’ to use our products is also canceled/Null and void. You would in this case no longer be allowed to use our products for resale or distribution in any form whatsoever.

You may not provide or offer our products for free or on a membership style website like ours at any time and doing so will terminate your license to use our products. You may not offer our products in zip or archive format under any conditions whatsoever. All our products must be sold or offered completely installed on a domain name with hosting.

Refunds:

Upon registering on our website and downloading our products from the members area you agree that there is no refund for our digital products. (A copy of the TOS is posted at our payment processor) We also do not offer refunds in cases where you have not canceled your membership prior to being billed for the following month. If you no longer want or need your membership simply cancel the membership billing at paypal.

Support:

We will provide support as needed to our active customers. (Your account must be active and current)

Information:

You must supply correct information on your account with us. Failure to do so and we will terminate your account without notice or refund.

Account Sharing:

Account sharing is NOT allowed and will result in your account being terminated without notice and without refund. Each account is for one person license. Your friends, family, customers or clients must purchase their own membership. IP addresses are recorded and accounts will automatically terminate when multiple IP addresses are used to access the members area.

Members Area Access:

You may access all of our products in the members area provided that your account is active and in good standing. We do NOT limit access to the members area for our website. Active members have unlimited access to the members area and products.
